We will then ask you to send resume and screen your application. After passing the screening process, we will usually conduct 2-3 interviews, and finally, we will send you an offer letter.

There are no transfers currently. There is a possibility of transfer to affiliated companies or subcontractors depending on the situation.
- Leave system

We offer 128 days off per year (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and ACSL Holidays).
In addition, annual paid vacations are granted in accordance with company regulations. In the first year, a set number of paid vacations will be granted on the date of hire based on the month of hire. From the following year onward, 11 to 20 days will be granted in April, depending on the number of years of service. Other benefits include special leave for weddings and funerals.

The employment system differs depending on the department and includes a discretionary work system for specialized work and a flextime system. Depending on the type of work and the time of year, some employees may be required to work outside of their regular working hours or on holidays. However, we are committed to health management and legal compliance through thorough management of working hours and work progress.
