• ACSL signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Sakai-machi Town, Ibaraki prefecture.

ACSL Ltd. (ACSL) hereby announces that on March 24, 2025, signed a comprehensive partnership agreement (the agreement) with Sakai-machi Town, Ibaraki prefecture

■Reason and Details of the Agreement
ACSL has a vision of “Become a partner for those that build safety and security around the world” with the mission of “Liberate Humanity Through Technology”. By accompanying the people supporting the livelihood and safety of local communities and socially implementing drones and other products using robotics technologies including our proprietary autonomous control technology, ACSL aims to free people from hazardous working conditions and increase the sustainability and productivity of society through the realization of our mission and vision.
Sakai-machi Town is a municipality that is making advanced efforts in various fields, including the introduction of automated buses. ACSL has been conducting R&D and production activities in the town as the designated manager of the Sakai-machi Drone Lab and Drone Field since May 2024.
Local governments face a variety of social issues, including labor shortages, aging infrastructure such as sewer pipes, and disaster response. On March 24, 2025, ACSL and Sakai-machi Town entered into the agreement with the aim of resolving local issues and revitalizing the local community. Based on this agreement, we are considering the following specific initiatives.

①　Establishment of continuous drone delivery
②　Conducting PoCs of drone-based crime prevention and monitoring
③　Drone inspection of sewage pipes and development of new models
④　Cutting-edge technology education for children
⑤　Utilization of drones for disaster response
⑥　Promotion of attracting and relocating companies, cooperation for immigration and settlement, cooperation for two-location residence, regional development, etc.
⑦　Production of drones
⑧　Others

About ③, ACSL will undertake inspection work for approximately 7,000m of sewage pipes* and expects to receive orders from Sakai-machi Town for PoCs and other work once the details of other items are finalized.

ACSL will continue to work with local governments that support local communities to promote product development and social implementation of drone technology to solve social issues such as aging facilities and labor shortages.
